For a damaged item, please send us an email at ritasoaps@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

If you have changed your mind or if you are not satisfied, we will refund the item within 3 days of receiving your order, only if it has not been used and is intact. To obtain a refund, the item(s) must be returned to us and the refund will be issued following receipt of the item(s). Return costs are your responsibility (customer).

In the case of all refunds, we will also refund the amount of taxes paid on the item. However, shipping charges and applicable taxes thereon are non-refundable.
